 Products, Content, Specifications, and Availability: All features, content, specifications, products, and prices listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information and stock levels, we reserve the right to refuse orders in case of mis-published information, including incorrect prices and promotions. All products are subject to availability. Should an item you have ordered become out of stock or if an error occurs, we will promptly notify you to provide options to update, amend, or cancel the order. The photographs, descriptions, and specifications of the products on the website are provided solely for the purpose of offering an approximate representation of the shoes. We strive to describe the items as accurately as possible; however, please note that the colors may vary due to differences in computer settings, and therefore, we cannot guarantee exact color matching. Consequently, the colors of the products you order may differ from what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, error-free nature, or completeness of the descriptions, colors, or other content. 

 Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided during the checkout process. The purchased shoes will be shipped to the address specified by the purchaser. All purchases made through this website are subject to a shipment contract. Hence, the risk of loss and title for the items shift to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.  

Payment Process: By placing an order, you confirm that the products will be used in a lawful manner. The customer contract between you and Marcilo Inc for the purchase of our products commences once we confirm the dispatch of your order. You will receive an email dispatch confirmation containing tracking details. At this point, your payment will be charged.

 Ordering: By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old. Payment Methods: Marcilo Inc accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. In the event that your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

 Pricing and Taxes: All prices displayed on our website include taxes. Please be aware that taxes will be applied when you place an order. If you are an international buyer, your card issuer may charge a currency fee. We cannot be held responsible for any of these charges, and as the recipient, you are responsible for covering these costs. Tax reclaims resulting in price reductions are not available. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country of the products. We will not be liable for any breach of such laws by you. 

 Warranty Information: Our website displays items that come with a manufacturer's warranty, as indicated in the product description. Please note that the manufacturer's warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and not by Marcilo Inc. The manufacturer is responsible for all warranty coverage, repairs, servicing, and defects. Shipment: Any product ordered through our website will be delivered within 10-15 working days. We offer secure door-to-door delivery worldwide, and there are no shipping charges.

When you reach the checkout, you will see a padlock icon and a message indicating that you are on a secure server.
