SHIPPING METHOD :
Our Made To Order Footwear and accessories are shipped via DHL Express directly from our Factory in Spain.
And our Ready To Wear Products Footwear and clothing articles are shipped from different Courier Companies depending on the country.
Shipment Confirmation And Order Tracking :
Our customers will receive a shipment confirmation on thier email once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs Duties And Taxes:
Marcilo Inc is not responsible for any custom and taxes applied to your order. All fees taxes imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages:
Marcilo Inc is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment company to claim.
